What About Children?

We love children! They are a cherished part of our St. Mark's family and we have a variety of age-appropriate programs to help them grow in their faith and love of God. We have activity bags for our younger members to take into the worship service to help focus their attention in a quiet way. There is also a children's bulletin based on the lessons for the day available at the door. These bulletins can be colored and have a host of puzzles.

Sunday School begins at 9:30. (During the traditional school year)

In order to make your first visit as smooth as possible, please stop by the Parish Hall and ask us to escort you to your rooms.

Children's Chapel Services On Sunday mornings for the primary service, kids are invited to go to Children's Chapel worship and enjoy a time just for them!  Families will gather in the church. After our opening prayer the children will process to their own special service.

During this service the children listen to the Sunday lesson and then they are invited to share what they heard and experienced. The children learn songs and prayers as well as reverence and respect in worship.

 

Nursery We provide nursery care for children 3 and younger during the primary worship service on Sunday.
